Scarce WW II enamel lapel badge with brooch pin fitting individual issue number and makers details for Fattorini Birmingham to the reverse. A light blue enamel circle bearing the letter, "V" for victory, "H.M.V." and the date " 1940" to the centre of a red, white and blue " Target". Worn by staff at the " H.M.V." {His Majesty's Voice} factory in Hayes Middlesex producing radio equipment for the forces and also still producing gramophone records mostly of a patriotic nature.
