Superb officers silver / gilt two- piece shoulder belt plate overlay with small lugs to the reverse. The title " 1 Bombay European Fusiliers " surmounted by a victorian crown mounted upon the ball of a large fused grenade. Around this a separate wreath of laurel bearing ten battle honours. Worn from 1843-1858 when title changed to " 103rd. Foot Royal Bombay Fusiliers " and then " Royal Dublin Fusiliers " from 1881. { Approx 12cms high }
