13th. Rgt.of Foot.[Somersetshire] Rare early embroidered foreign service helmet pagri flash. Yellow bugle horn with XIII between the strings,and the regiments famous battle honour"Jellalabad" to the top. The back-ground colour seems to be black? but is slightly sun faded.
