Royal Navy. Nice example of the WW II economy issue Petty Officers cap badge. Constructed in gilt and silvered metals,because bullion wire was in very short supply during the war.Two glue spots to the reverse,with an attatched piece of navy blue canvas,that has been used to fix the badge to the hat.
