Scarce field service cap with purple body and crown and black side turn-ups with two General Service buttons to the front and black-brass king's crown cap badge to the left front side. The interior is of khaki fabric with brown velvet sweat-band. The badge must have been fitted when the cap was made as the blades do not protrude into the lining.
